Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order .
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate instructions with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification.
• Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary
• Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing
• Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
• Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
• All other QS related job.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction sector is preferrable
• Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
• Organised, self-driven, organised & team player with good interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
• Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation
• Understand the relevant standard forms of Building
• Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
• Possess good and positive attitude.
