Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Sales Executive.

Primary Purpose

You will support both quantitative cost estimating and business development activities - providing accurate costing for tenders while helping grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities,

1. Quantity Surveying & Estimation

. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for projects

. Analyse drawings, specifications, and site scope for accurate costing

. Collaborate with operations for cost inputs and valueengineering

. Track and update costs for ongoing projects

2. Sales & Business Development

. Identify and engage potential clients (MCSTs, contractors, industrial)

. Follow up on quotations and convert leads to projects

. Support contract negotiations and proposal presentations

. Maintain key client relationships and identify crosssell opportunities

3. Reporting & Documentation

. Prepare professional proposals and tender submissions

. Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and client interactions

Requirements

Education & Experience

. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field

. 2-5 years relevant experience in construction, waterworks, civil, or M&E cost estimating and sales

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general estimating tools

Skills & Competencies

. Strong numerical and analytical skills

. Ability to prepare clear, accurate estimates and proposals

. Good communication and client engagement skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other

. Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits

. Relevant local work eligibility preferred.

. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and Microsoft Excel
. Singapore Citizen / PR preferred.
