Quantity Surveyor (QS, Construction)

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in cost estimation, tender preparation, and project coordination for large-scale infrastructure and mixed-development construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costing from inception to completion and ensuring compliance with complex client and international contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities, tender documents, and cost estimates for multi-phase civil and structural projects.
- Conduct material take-offs and price analysis with advanced software tools.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, cost negotiation, and variation claims.
- Perform cost control, projection, and valuation reporting following international standards (FIDIC, NEC, or JCT).
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and foreign contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor progress claims, final accounts, and monthly cost reports.
- Compile technical and financial reports for management and international clients.

Requirements
- Minimum ..3 years of full-time experience.. in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects (preferably outside Singapore).
- Proven familiarity with ..FIDIC.. or other international contract frameworks.
- Advanced computer literacy in AutoCAD, CostX, Primavera, and BIM measurement software.
- Strong proficiency in English for technical reporting and additional ability to liaise in ..Bengali/Hindi/Tagalog.. to coordinate with overseas project teams will be advantageous.
- Willingness to work extended hours and occasionally travel regionally for project coordination.

Candidates with specialist experience in foreign contractor environments or international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects will be given priority.
