Attend client project meeting and negotiation.
Prepare tender documentation.
Process claims and contractual payment.
Cost estimation & preparation and submission of variation to client.
Final Account administration.
Familiar with SIA and REDAS Form of contract administration.
Familiar with SOP Act Administration.
Contract administration.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Construction industry.
