To manage and co-ordinate with team members, subcontractors and suppliers to meets the contract budgets, specifications and requirements : -
- In-charge of tendering
- Request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers including negotitation with them
- Ensure all are in track to submissions, deadlines and schedules
- Monitor and report on project process
- Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method
- Prepare billings and report monthly
- Prepare variation orders/ extension of time
- Liasison with project site teams an ensure timely completion of activities
- Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time
