Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost estimation and future tender exercise.
- Prepare and analyze the cost comparison together with Senior QS.
- Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Prepare and administer tender documents and doing costing summary and price comparison.
- Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
- Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
- Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
- Perform all other QS-related jobs.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years QS (General work) working experience in main construction companies
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

- Experience in HDB contracts / HDB BTO projects
