Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
Review tender and contract documents identify discrepancies and raise queries for clarification
Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
Evaluate and compare quotations to support procurement decisions
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements within project timelines
Job Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a methodical work approach
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills strong team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
