Job Description

Assist in preparation of tender submission
Prepare quotation for job
Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing
Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs
Prepare budget statement monthly and review by Superior
Manage and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties
To maintain the Quality System in the Department
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit.
Able to perform ad-hoc and adminstrative duties.
Able to work independently.
Able to call clients and verify contracts, job and for all other informations.
