Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare tender submissions, BOQ, tender drawings, material specifications, P&S plans, shop drawings, and other required documents.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Carry out quantity measurements and cost estimates.
Liaise with managers, team members, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Handle purchasing and inventory management.
Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Plumbing & Sanitary..
Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
