We are a steel structure company specializing in steel and metal works. We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for steel and metal structure projects
- Conduct measurement, valuation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)
- Submit monthly project claims
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and drafting teams to support project delivery
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in steel and metal structure projects preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
