Job Description

  • To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and email.
  • To promptly to customers in-coming calls. orders.
  • Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
  • Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
  • Issue quotations based on customers requirements and follow up on quotations.
  • Provide administrative and sales support

Job Requirements

  • Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.

Working location at Woodlands Link

Working hour:

Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm) & Sat (8.30am - 1pm) - 5.5 days
