- To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and email.
- To promptly to customers in-coming calls. orders.
- Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
- Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
- Issue quotations based on customers requirements and follow up on quotations.
- Provide administrative and sales support

- Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working hour:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm) & Sat (8.30am - 1pm) - 5.5 days
