Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders, quotations, and progress claims.
• Take off measurements and manage BOQ/tender documents.
• Source suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate quotations.
• Advise on cost impacts of project variations.
• Handle interim payments, claims, and project documentation.
• Manage tender administration and support project works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• Knowledge of steel structure construction methods and materials
• Strong analytical skills applied to project cost evaluation and decision-making
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and suppliers
• Ability to work well within a team environment to achieve project goals
