Quantity Surveyor

Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor, where you will play a crucial role in cost estimation and project management. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in innovative interior fit-out and carpentry projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders and projects Manage tender submissions, including responding to Tender Questionnaires and participating in interviews Source, evaluate, and negotiate with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner Attend site and technical meetings as required Perform quality checks to ensure fabrication and installation of furniture/fixtures aligns with construction drawings Coordinate joinery and finishing works for interior fit-out projects Undertake additional quantity surveying duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Construction, Landscaping Management, or a related field Independent and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn Familiarity with construction costs and processes is preferred
