Job Description
Salary Range
- $3,500–$6,000
- Tai Seng
- 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month
- 2% Medical Allowance per month
- Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
- Prepare and submit progress claims.
- Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
- Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
- Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
- Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- A&A project experience is required.
- Main Contractor experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
