Quantity Surveyor

JOB SPECIFICATION

. Responsible for the project tender, contract documents and quotations.

. Carrying out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.

. Liaise and coordinate with the GM / Project Supervisor on the work done of the sub-contractor on a monthly basis.

. Prepare and submit progress claim/final account to main-contractor.

. Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts.

. To take measurement on site when required.

. Review and understand the tender and contract documents.

. Responsible to identify the contract scope of work and quantity take off and breakdown.

. Work together with project team for budget control.

. Verify sub-con and supplier claims.

. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

. Diploma & above

. Able to organize, plan, strategize and work independently
