Verify completeness of tender documents and update amendments and corrigenda
Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries to resolve issues promptly
Perform precise measurements and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities to support accurate cost estimation
Coordinate the calling of quotations, pricing, and compilation of Pre-Qualification Memoranda (PQM) and post-tender questionnaires to facilitate informed tender submissions
Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and control
Solicit subcontractor quotations, prepare cost comparison reports, negotiate terms, and recommend awards to optimize project costs
Draft and manage subcontract agreements to formalize contractual obligations
Liaise with consultants and clients to review monthly progress claims and monitor payments against cash flow projections to ensure financial alignment
Evaluate subcontractor claims and certify payments to maintain accurate financial records
Track and submit variation orders, collaborating with consultants for assessment to manage project changes effectively
Negotiate with consultants and clients to finalize accounts, ensuring accurate and timely project closure
Execute any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Contract Manager and management to support project and organizational objectives
Required :
Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated teamwork skills with a positive learning and working attitude
