QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

• Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract works.

• Read and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract key requirements.

• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and technical clarifications.

• Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and cost analysis for accurate pricing.

• Support preparation of bid documents, costing summaries, and submission materials.

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on tender-related matters.

• Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in building or civil engineering projects (foundation and infrastructure experience advantageous).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD.

• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
