Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing

. Source quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers

. Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration

. Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

. Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures

. Prepare and submit monthly progress claim

. Negotiate and award sub-contracts

. Process sub contractor claims and contractual payment

. Prepare and manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

. Attend project meetings and tender interviews

. Prepare materials samples for approval

Requirements:

. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.

. Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor

. Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works

. Proactive, meticulous and conscientious

. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
