Job Description

  1. Min. 5 yrs experience in Construction Industry
  2. Good knowledge of reading engineering, building specifications and drawings.
  3. Reviewing tender documents, drawing and quantity taking-off.
  4. Liasing with subcontractors and suppliers for price negotation.
  5. Coordinate with the clients, contractors, subcontractors, and site managers.
  6. Source construction materials, cost comparison and selection of suitable construction.
  7. Perform risk assessment, valuve management and cost control.
  8. Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
  9. Follow up on project status closely.
  10. Attend meetings. preparation of progress claims, variations, purchase order, work order and final accounts.
  11. Prepare and submit of tenders, quotations and costing of jobs.
