Job Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification, commercial and technical submissions.
Develop and standardise tender procedures, pricing formats, schedules of rates, and technical data.
Review cost estimates, conduct risk assessments, price analysis, and value engineering to ensure competitive tenders.
Coordinate and chair tender meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to management.
Attend tender interviews, site show rounds, and negotiate with clients until contract award.
Liaise with consultants, clients, QS, and project teams to review design briefs and tender specifications.
Prepare tender budgets upon award and conduct project handover and kick-off meetings.
Manage tender queries and ensure timely preparation and submission of clarifications.
Monitor market trends, upcoming tenders, and benchmarking data.
Conduct post-tender and post-contract reviews for continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and training to junior staff on tendering, cost control, and contract administration.
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
