Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
  • Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
  • Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, clients and suppliers for project cost issues
  • Document Control.
  • Experienced in facade works

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field
  • Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Faade) Industry
  • Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary
  • Able to speak Chinease as to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers
