Quantity Surveyor (M&E/ Tender/AutoCAD)

We are partnering with a reputable design & build contractor seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E/MEP exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full QS duties including tendering, cost planning, and procurement

• Prepare and evaluate tender submissions, BOQs, and quotations

• Review and interpret MEP drawings for costing and coordination

• Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts

• Liaise closely with project, engineering, and subcontractor teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in M&E / MEP Quantity Surveying

• Strong in tender and contract administration

• Able to read and understand MEP drawings

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Good commercial acumen and attention to detail
