Responsibilities

Vet tender documents, tender evaluation and recommend award for construction contracts

Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and ensuring compliance with tendering and procurement procedures

Oversee and manage on-going MEP / P&S term contract projects and ensure timely project execution through planning, monitoring of project progress and execute task effectively while maintaining high quality standard at optimum cost

Develop and implement business plans to expand the company, monitor progress and review

Ensure and facilitate the timely submission of monthly progress claims, monitoring of project cashflow, budgets by the M&E team

Work closely and coordinates with all stakeholders such as the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in M&E or Quantity Surveying
