Responsibilities
- Quantity take-off estimating, pricing, tender support preparation, procurement produce, quantity measurement
- Prepare & compile tender documents and materials for submission
- Liaise with Clients & Contractors
- Source for suppliers and do price & quality comparison
- Review M&E drawings, specifications and documents
- Prepare of progress payments and final accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements
- Positive & responsible working attitude
- Ability to take stress and work beyond normal working hours when necessary
- Minimum 3 years experience with ability to take-off and quantify from drawings
- Project Management experience is an added advantage
- Extensive M&E subcon QS background, especially in ACMV & Electrical works
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- No age restriction
- 5.5 working days
