Our Client is a renowned organisation in the M&E Construction industry with a strong presence in Singapore. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Operations Director.
THE ROLE
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for:
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
- Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and progress valuations.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate financial reports.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial issues.
REQUIREMENTS- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the M&E Construction industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software.
