QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

• Quantity take off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications
• Sourcing out of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluation of supplier and subcontractor's quotations for recommendation of competitive prices
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents
• Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders
• Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims
• Finalization and closing out of project accounts
• Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations
• Reply to sales enquiry
• Prepare and follow up sales quotation
• Prepare project subcontract
• Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation
• To approve sub-contractors claims for job done as per site status
• To establish progress claims as per site status and obtain client agreement for billing

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore related field.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Looking for meticulous, committed, proactive and creative thinker candidate.
• Possess sense of urgency.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Able to work independantly with minimun supervison.
