About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at LT SAMBO CO., LTD. in the West Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract works.
- Read and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract key requirements.
- Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and technical clarifications.
- Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and cost analysis for accurate pricing.
- Support preparation of bid documents, costing summaries, and submission materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on tender-related matters.
- Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in building or civil engineering projects (foundation and infrastructure experience advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD.
- Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
