Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd (LFA) was successfully re-launched in May 2019, as part of the Lindner Steel & Glass operation. Located in Singapore, LFA will be used as a base to promote and secure projects for LFA and Lindner Group in the vast and promising Asian market.

Our projects will cover the Asian markets, which include India, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietname. Enquires have also been received from Cambodia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

LFA offers pre-sales consultation and planning advice, design and engineering, project management and planning, fabrication and installation. Employing a team of highly skilled, well-trained and extensive experience when it comes to LFA'S unique selling point in delivering turnkey projects with complex steel and glass, facades, skylights, curtain wall and building envelopes. Report directly to Project Manager.

Job Responsibility:

• Bills of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs.
• Calculation of costs
• Undertaking costs analysis for project works
• Source for suppliers / sub-contractors
• Liaise with forwarder and warehouse on shipment / delivery
• Support Project Teams in term of contracts administration such as payment claims, variation claims, Sub-Contractors payment certifications, final account settlement, review of Contract Documents, Letter of Awards, binding of Contracts / Sub-Contract Documents

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying
• Preferabke with 4 to 5 years relevant experience in Facade Industry
• Good knowledge of standard forms of building contract used in Singapore will be advantage
• Possess good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work independently
