Job Summary
As a Quantity Surveyor (QS) at LIFE VENTURES PTE. LTD., you will drive accurate cost management and procurement processes for interior fit-out projects, ensuring competitive tender submissions and effective contract administration to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions to secure project contracts and support business growth
- Lead tender interviews and conduct site show-rounds to present project proposals and clarify client requirements
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations to establish accurate project budgets for interior fit-out works
- Obtain competitive pricing from specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize project costs
- Negotiate and award sub-contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure timely project execution
- Prepare, review, and resolve progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts to maintain financial control and project transparency
- Assist in procuring materials and subcontractor packages aligned with project specifications and timelines
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project progress and mitigate risks
- Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives
