Job Description

• Work with teams to carry out day to day quantity surveyor works assigned such as:-
• Perform Taking off quantities
• Tendering of projects as assigned by the Manager
• Sourcing of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials
• Prepare and follow up Progress payment and claims In timely manner
• Contract administration
• Prepare VOs
• Final Accounts

Requirements

. Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

. Minimum 1 years in Civil or LTA projects experience will be an advantage

. Able to work independently, highly motivated and is a good team player
