QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of all civil engineering/electrical & mechanical/landscaping projects
• Involved in tender preparation and participation
• Responsible for progress payments claims & other contractual matters
• Preparation and co-ordination of all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities
• Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications in Civil/ Structural Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in roles as QS
• Proficient in MS office & contract administration
• Must be meticulous with positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of autocad 2D & 3D skills would be an added advantage
• Independent and a good team player
