Quantity Surveyor

What you'll be doing

• Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
• Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern
• To perform measurement and cost breakdown
• To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier
• To prepare payment claim to client
• To identify and evaluate variation work

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project team members
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
