Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
Assist in evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
Carry out contract administration duties.
Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
Preferable Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Main Contractor is required for this position
