Job Description

Company's Profile

Julian Grey's client operates in the building and construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and timely proposal submissions.
  • Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors according to project technical specifications.
  • Conduct tender interviews, negotiate pricing, and draft letters of award and sub-contract agreements.
  • Monitor progress claims, process payment certifications, and evaluate variation orders(VOs).
  • Manage final account settlements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers upon project completion.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum3 years of experience in the Singapore building construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and quantity measurement software.
