Our Client:

Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction)

5.5 days work

East Region (10 min walk from MRT)

UP $5,000 + AWS + transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full tendering process, including measurements, sourcing, and submissions

• Oversee project lifecycle from award to completion, including claims and final accounts

• Handle sourcing of suppliers/subcontractors and manage client communications

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners

• Identify and secure new business opportunities

• Develop strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability

Job Requirements:

• Min diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of QS/tendering experience preferably under main-contractor

• Ability to independently manage tenders with strong numerical accuracy

• Detail-oriented with good cost control and professional communication skills
