Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source for material prices from subcontractors.
- Keep up-to-date with current market prices of construction materials
- Look for new partnership opportunities with subcontractors.
- Work with Contract Team for the tender of projects.
- Fill up tender contracts.
- Prepare quotations for projects.
- Ad Hoc tasks when required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3 years of experience (construction-related field preferred)
- Tech-savvy
Salary will be dependent on experience and education levels.
