Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

.Project Cost Management & Claims: Oversee project costs and submit progress and variation claims to track milestones and scope changes.

.Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Select contractors and suppliers, and assess payment claims from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project terms.

.Contract & Final Account Management: Review contracts for any issues, prepare final accounts, and manage sub-contracts and related correspondence.

.Claims & Delays Assistance: Work with the supervisor to prepare claims for time extensions, cost adjustments, and delays, ensuring proper documentation.

.Reporting & Meetings: Use internal systems like OA and SAP for progress tracking and attend meetings to provide updates and support as needed.

.Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

2. At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English, as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.

4. Willing to work 5.5days with alt Saturday (allow to apply WFH for Alt Saturday).
