Job Description:

- Involve tender preparation and submission.

- Prepare contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.

- To read and understand contract requirements and specifications.

- Check for discrepancy and raise tender query.

- To attend site showround at job sites to assess and project future work requirements.

- Negotiate rates with contractors and sub-contractors.

- Brief Project team after project awarded .

- Maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying.

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of field experience in tendering and quotation.

- Able to work independently Team player with Positive learning and Positive working attitude.

- Able to work under tight deadline with less supervision.
