Prepare tender documents, cost estimations, and pricing submissions for tender exercises.
Participate in tender interviews and support project presentations when required.
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle Request for Variation Orders (RVO) and evaluate related cost implications.
Prepare and process progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts.
Source materials and services, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and manage the procurement and tendering process.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for quantity take-off and cost analysis.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on all cost-related matters to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related disciplines.
Graduates from QS, Engineering, or Architecture backgrounds are preferred, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings effectively.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in both pre-tender and post-tender project management is required.
Familiarity and practical experience with Bluebeam software will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost-related documentation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
