Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, POs and LOIs within budget and schedule.
Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and ensure scope and cost alignment.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, margins and commercial performance.
Administer subcontract packages, including payments, variations, claims and final accounts.
Support change management, RFPs, contract administration and commercial reporting.
Assist with valuations, cost control and identifying margin improvement opportunities.
Support project completion, final accounts, retention, defects and post-completion works.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
3+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out / construction.
Snowledge of procurement, cost control, variations, claims and final accounts.
Experience managing subcontractors and commercial contracts.
Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
