Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design – Commercial & Residential Projects)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project cost plans
• Take off quantities and prepare measurements for interior design works
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and submission
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Support project coordination for both commercial and residential projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
• Basic knowledge of measurement and costing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Internship experience in QS or construction is an advantage

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience in interior design or fit-out projects
• Familiarity with local construction practices in Singapore
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
