Job Description:
1.Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
2.Evaluate contractor quotations and manage project costs effectively
3.Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
4.Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on cost matters
5.Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control
Requirements:
1.Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
2.Minimum 4-5 years of Construction Field experience in Singapore
3.Knowledge of local construction practices in Singapore is an advantage
4.Proficient in MS Office and quantity take-off software
5.Good communication and teamwork skills
