Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
• Prepare tender submission
• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely mannners
• Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Sructural Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction sector
• Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends
• Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player
• Salary package commensurate with experience
