Quantity Surveyor

- Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation

- Prepare, review and revise contract terms and conditions

- Preparing, negotiating and analysis costs for tenders and contracts

- Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts

- Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involve in the project

- Prepare awards of contracts, bills of quantities and other contract related documents

- Take-off quantity and project cost estimation

- Update the monthly cost along with the project team

- All other related QS Job.

Requirements:

- Min 3-5 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for civil/structural project

- Communication in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
