Lead the preparation of tenders and conduct detailed cost comparisons for construction projects. Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure accurate cost analysis and estimation within approved limits. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to support procurement activities through effective sourcing and negotiation. Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to manage quantity take-offs, measurements, and contract variations. Oversee claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments while performing all other quantity surveying duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize procurement outcomes and project costs
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for project scope verification
Manage Variation Orders, claims, and final accounts to ensure contractual compliance and financial accuracy
Oversee timely and accurate processing of subcontractor payments in alignment with contract terms
Execute all other quantity surveying duties as assigned to support project delivery and financial control
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes Tender Preparation and analyze cost comparisons for construction projects

Job Requirements:
