Job Description

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
  • Monitor project costs and variations.
  • Prepare progress claims and assist in final accounts.
  • Maintain proper cost documentation and records.
  • Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by Management from time to time.
