Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

- Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation.

- Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim

- Carry our quantity take-off for tendering of projects

- Ability to source for supplier or subcontractor for quotation for tendering

- Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification

- Handle progress interim payments and claims application including liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

- Candidate with minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage

- Candidate with Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
