Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.

2 years relevant experience in construction related industry.

Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Able to work independently.

. Capable of accurately interpreting construction drawings and mastering methods for engineering measurement and valuation.

. Familiar with the properties and market prices of construction materials competent in preparing project budgets, tender base prices, bid quotations, and final project settlements.

. Proficient in practical skills related to construction contract management, claims handling, and dispute assessment.
