Job Responsibilities
Study and identify discrepancies in tender /contract documents and raise queries for clarifications.
Communication with Opreation team for preparation of clarifications, work valuation and certification
Submission of progress claims
Prepare and follow up Progress payment and claims In timely manner
Contract administration and documentation including Variation Works with the Clients /Main Contractors.
Evaluation and certify sub-contractors progress claims.
Other quantity surveying related duties for projects.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in construction.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
