Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide project cost guidance and control to ensure the project is completed within budget
- Prepare the bill of quantities and participate in project contract management
- Analyze design drawings and specifications and make optimal suggestions
- Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standards
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field and possess relevant qualification certifications
- Demonstrated communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Applicants with more than one year experience will be given priority
- Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to coordinate with Chinese client and project team
